Shipping Overview
All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse. Please note that Caizo products are designed and manufactured in our partner factory in China, and all final shipments to customers are fulfilled from the United States to ensure faster delivery and stable logistics service.
Shipping Area
We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Fee
- Orders $90 USD and above: Free shipping
- Orders below $90 USD: Flat shipping fee of $6 USD
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During peak seasons or high order volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Time (U.S.)
After processing, estimated delivery time is:
- Standard Shipping (United States): 5–10 business days
Delivery time may vary depending on location, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information to monitor your shipment in real time.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not currently ship to:
- International addresses
- P.O. Boxes (depending on carrier limitations)
- Certain remote U.S. regions (if applicable)
