At Caizo, we are committed to providing high-quality women's activewear designed for comfort, flexibility, and everyday performance. Our goal is to ensure every customer has a smooth and transparent shopping experience.

To avoid confusion about product origin and logistics:

  • All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our U.S. warehouse
  • All products are designed and manufactured in our partner factory in China

This structure allows us to maintain consistent quality control while ensuring efficient delivery within the United States.


2. Return & Exchange Window

We accept return and exchange requests within 30 days from the date of delivery.

The return window begins once the tracking system shows the package has been delivered.

Requests submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for approval.


3. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, all items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused condition
  • No signs of wear, stains, perfume, deodorant, or damage
  • All original tags, packaging, and labels intact
  • Returned in the same condition as received

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final sale or clearance items (if marked)
  • Gift cards or promotional gifts
  • Items damaged due to improper use, washing, or care

4. Return & Exchange Options

We offer two customer service options:

A. Refund

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

B. Exchange

We support exchanges for:

  • Size change
  • Color change (subject to stock availability)

If the requested item is out of stock, we may offer a refund or alternative option.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are safely packaged

7. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time

If the returned item does not meet eligibility conditions, the refund may be rejected or partially approved.


8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or video evidence
  • Description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange either:

  • A replacement at no additional cost
  • A full refund
  • Or another suitable solution depending on stock availability
